Roofer

Lccl Construction looking for a roofer with experience of slating, tiling, asphalting, felting, GRP. To work on Loft conversions, home extension, roofing projects

Skills required and duties are:

Dedication to construction safety
Perform Roof Pre-Inspections
Measurements and calculation of site materials
Measure and Cut Project Materials
Smooth and Level Roof Surfaces
Repairs, replaces & installs roofs on residential & commercial buildings.
Competent in using shingle, asphalt & slate.
Waterproofing
Using Power hand tools (grinders, Drills Nail guns)
Height tools (scaffolds, ladders)
Using Roofing materials and installation of shingles, slate, asphalt, aluminium, wood, roof tiles, underlays, battens, gutters, fascia’s, fiberglass
Sites clean up.
Speak good English
OWN PPE
OWN tools
Relevant CSCS
Able to travel London and Hertfordshire areas
