1. Who we are.

This website (www.lcclconstruction.co.uk) is operated by Loft Conversion Company London Limited, trading as LCCL Construction, company number 11713461, VAT number GB404461526, registered office 3rd Floor Hathaway House, Popes Drive, London N3 1QF.

2. Using the site.

By using the site you accept these terms. You may browse, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy our text, photographs, drawings or designs for commercial use, scrape the site, or attempt to interfere with its operation.

3. Information, prices and estimates are guidance, not offers.

Prices, cost ranges, timescales and planning guidance on this site, in our guides and in the instant estimate are estimated ranges based on typical London projects. They are not a quotation, do not form part of any contract and are not to be relied on for any decision; our contracts contain an entire-agreement clause and only the signed contract documents bind us. What each range includes and excludes is set out in the proposal for your project. Every project is surveyed and priced individually; our written estimate and, once agreed, the Schedule of Works set the price. Estimates and quotations are valid for 30 days.

4. Planning and building regulations.

Comments about permitted development, planning or building regulations are general guidance. Only a Lawful Development Certificate or a planning decision from your council confirms the position for your home.

5. Reviews and case studies.

Reviews are genuine and reproduced from the platform named (Google, Trustpilot, Reviews.io, Houzz) with the reviewer's first name or initials. Project figures in case studies are the real figures for that project and will not match yours.

6. Awards and memberships.

LABC Building Excellence Awards — London Regional Winner 2024 (Best Residential Extension) and 2026 (Best Conversion or Alteration to an Existing Home); other awards, memberships and ratings are shown with their date and source.

7. Intellectual property.

All content, drawings, photographs and the LCCL Construction name and logo belong to us or our licensors. Drawings and designs we produce for a project remain our property and are licensed to the client for that property only once paid for. Anything you send us through the site (photos, drawings, messages) you confirm you are entitled to send, and you grant us a licence to use it to respond to you and, where you agree, in our case studies.

8. Links.

We link to third-party sites (planning portals, review platforms, YouTube). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

9. Liability.

We take care to keep the site accurate but do not guarantee it is error-free or always available. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information on the site. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law.

10. Bookings and estimates.

A consultation booking or an instant estimate is a request, not a contract; we may decline or reschedule. We do not accept instructions from, or give advice to, anyone acting for a client's neighbour, surveyor or claims adviser through this site.

11. Law.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
