What the awards mean for your project
The LABC Building Excellence Awards are judged by Local Authority Building Control officers — the inspectors who check and sign off building work — on quality, compliance and craftsmanship. Regional winners in London go through to the national Grand Finals.
As an LABC Registered Partner, our building-regulations drawings and structural calculations are checked by LABC before work starts, the inspector visits at every stage, and you receive the completion certificate at handover. Our clients also have access to the 10-year LABC structural warranty, which transfers when you sell.
Membership of the National Federation of Builders involves independent vetting and ongoing compliance with the Federation’s Articles of Association and Code of Conduct. LCCL Construction is company member CO011977; the current certificate runs from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027 and is available on request. Best of Houzz Service is awarded on client reviews — we have won it six times: 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2026.

Aleksandar Madari — Anderson to everyone he works with — founded LCCL Construction in 2004 and brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in architecture, construction and project management.
He oversees every project from initial design through to completion. His background spans architectural design, planning applications, structural engineering and on-site construction management, with particular expertise in loft conversions, house extensions and new builds across London and Hertfordshire.

Membership means independent vetting on joining and a continuing obligation to abide by the Federation’s Articles of Association and Code of Conduct. The current certificate covers 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027 and is renewed annually.
