Anderson's note
Moving the kitchen and living space up into the loft, rather than adding bedrooms, is what won this its award — the new floor gets the light and the view, and the old living floor becomes the bedrooms. Slimline sliding windows onto the terrace were the one detail we would not compromise on.

The client's view
“Alex is super professional and on the ball at all times. He always thinks ahead and won't let you down. All his teams, from bricklayers, carpentry to electrics, roofing, tiling, painting, flooring and plumbing are excellent and hard working. They are conscientious and want the job to be well done. We are very happy with our loft extension which includes a brand new kitchen. LCCL showed great attention to detail.”
