The steel is the job on a side return. Opening up the back of a Victorian terrace here was £4,800 – £19,200 inc. VAT (£4,000 – £16,000 + VAT) of structural opening work, depending on the width of the opening, and we price it on the proposal so it never appears as a surprise.
