The full house renovation project in Whetstone, North London N20 including new kitchen extensions, bathrooms, flooring, doors, electrical, plumbing and loft conversions.
Supply of building material and installation only, customers supply kitchen, sanitary wares, second fix materials like sockets, taps, handles, flooring etc.
Kitchen Extension
Kitchen extension consisted of opening structural part of rear of the house to connect the new part of the extension. This includes movement of the drain, new services like electrics, gas and water. The choice of flat roof was of felt due to its durability of 20 years with external copping stones on boundary. Kitchen was designed by Howdens and supplied by Howdens.
Refurbishment, renovation and loft conversion of remaining part of the house
As part of the project we have firstly stripped the whole house to its bone and started fresh. The roof has come off and loft conversion created to add additional floor to the property.
