We have completed dormer loft conversions on Victorian and Edwardian terraced houses throughout North London, creating spacious master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Our hip-to-gable conversions on semi-detached houses in areas like Barnet, Finchley, Muswell Hill and Enfield have transformed hipped roofs into full-height gable walls, dramatically increasing usable space. We have delivered L-shaped conversions on properties with rear outriggers, creating two bedrooms or large master suites. And our mansard conversions have added full additional storeys to properties in areas requiring planning permission. House Extension Projects

Many of our projects involve comprehensive home renovations alongside loft conversions or extensions. We have completed full internal refurbishments including new kitchens, bathrooms, rewiring, replumbing, plastering, decoration and flooring. Our renovation projects often combine structural alterations such as removing walls to create open-plan layouts with complete interior upgrades. We handle all mechanical and electrical services in-house, including electrical rewiring, new consumer units, lighting design, plumbing, central heating, boiler installation, underfloor heating and ventilation systems, so you do not need to hire separate M&E contractors.
