LCCL Construction Project Portfolio, Our loft conversion portfolio spans every type of conversion across London and Hertfordshire. We have completed dormer loft conversions on Victorian and Edwardian terraced houses throughout North London, creating spacious master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Our hip-to-gable conversions on semi-detached houses in areas like Barnet, Finchley, Muswell Hill and Enfield have transformed hipped roofs into full-height gable walls, dramatically increasing usable space. We have delivered L-shaped conversions on properties with rear outriggers, creating two bedrooms or large master suites. And our mansard conversions have added full additional storeys to properties in areas requiring planning permission. Prices for our loft conversions range from £32,400 inc. VAT (£27,000 + VAT) for Velux conversions to £75,000 for large mansard and L-shaped projects.

House Extension Projects

Our house extension portfolio includes single storey rear extensions, side return extensions, wraparound extensions and double storey extensions. We have created stunning open-plan kitchen-dining-living areas through rear extensions across London, transformed narrow galley kitchens into wide, light-filled spaces through side return extensions on terraced houses, and delivered wraparound extensions that completely reimagine the ground floor layout. Our double storey extensions have added bedrooms, bathrooms and living space on two floors simultaneously. Home Renovation Projects

Many of our projects involve comprehensive home renovations alongside loft conversions or extensions. We have completed full internal refurbishments including new kitchens, bathrooms, rewiring, replumbing, plastering, decoration and flooring. Our renovation projects often combine structural alterations such as removing walls to create open-plan layouts with complete interior upgrades. We handle all mechanical and electrical services under one contract, including electrical rewiring, new consumer units, lighting design, plumbing, central heating, boiler installation, underfloor heating and ventilation systems, so you do not need to hire separate M&E contractors.
