The spot lights are low profile LED lights on dim-able switches and there are few double sockets. All the doors are fire rated FD30 and the smoke alarms have been installed on all the floors. There is a skylight right above the shower.
House extension, this open plan single storey house extension with flat roof and skylight has a sleek modern finish to suit the clients taste. The space was optimized to create open plan kitchen/diner areas. The neutral kitchen has built in units. To make the most of the space the kitchen is L shaped, giving plentyvof storage space. LED lights have been added to the whole house and upgrades have been made to floors, skirting, bathrooms, electrical and plumbing, underfloor heating (inc. megaflow systems). There is a large bi-fold opening to create indoor outdoor feel.
