We designed a proposal that fell within the homeowners permitted development rights, we added our signature finishing touches such as french doors in the loft with a juliette balcony and Bi-fold doors in the extension.

The decking has been built for sitting area and indoor outdoor look.
The Loft Conversion has two double rooms and en-suite with French Doors. This loft conversion comes with built in eaves storage underneath the 2 Velux windows that are at the front of the loft conversion, modern vertical radiators and our signature touch, the juliette balcony! All the doors are fire rated FD30 and the smoke alarms have been installed on all the floors. All of our projects are built toa very high standard and fully certified by the local authority building control department for peace of mind.
