We have now successfully completed the design phases and build stages for this project. The client wanted to add more space to their property to accommodate a very bright and spacious kitchen, dining space and living room, snug and a generous utility room too! This rear kitchen extension project involved building a rear house extension 4 meters deep and replacing the old kitchen into new utility room and housing the large new kitchen and social space in the new house extension.
Planning fully approved by Hertfordshire Planning Council and we have now completed on site. this project is finished.
