What We Discuss During the Free Construction Consultation
During the consultation, we cover your project requirements and what you want to achieve, the feasibility of your ideas based on your property type and location, the different options available such as loft conversion types or extension configurations, planning permission requirements and whether your project falls under permitted development, building regulations requirements, estimated costs and budget considerations, the design and build timeline from start to completion, our payment structure and stage payment schedule, and any specific concerns or questions you have. What to Prepare Before Your Consultation
To get the most from your consultation, it helps to have a rough idea of what you want to achieve, even if it is just a general concept.
